Here's a quick page regarding the New Bremen Speedway ... if you can remember back then!

These two photos were taken in 1975 if memory serves.  I had a press pass from the Minster Community Post and figured I could talk my way into the pit area while my cousin had a newly minted driver's license and his dad's pick up truck.  We got into the pit without trouble, but soon the races were halted due to rain.  After the rain, they asked all pit drivers to get on the track with their pit vehicles to help dry the track before racing could resume.  We couldn't believe the good fortune that enabled a couple of teenagers to zing around the track in a pick up in the name of public service!
